When you book through Discover Halong, what you need to do is send us the booking request to support@discoverhalong.com with as much detailed information as possible. Our task is to contact the suppliers to fulfill all your requirements. All additional requests or changes from both sides (you and Discover Halong) will be exchanged via email and phone. If you have special requests, which is not included in our available services, you can still create a booking but make sure to be specific with your requirements.

Once all your requirements have been finalized, we will send you a confirmation document, which consists all the details of the Booking Transaction. This document will be the basis to resolve any problems that may arise onwards. Any changes after we get your confirmation document (confirm by email or fax) will not be accepted, Discover Halong only takes responsibility for the services inconsistent with the confirmation document.

Please note that by making a Booking Request with Discover Halong, you accept and agree to the relevant suppliers’ (Hotels, Cruises, Travel Agents, Transportation Agents and so on) Booking Conditions & Terms of Use, which can be found at the website of each supplier. We recommend that you read everything prior to making your booking request with us.
