Seaplane/helicopter price is around 250 – 1500 USD/pax/1 way, nearly than ten times more expensive than the popular vehicle BUS. The passengers will board the seaplane/helicopter from Noi Bai airport (in Hanoi), then fly over Hai Phong or Ha Nam province, before landing on Tuan Chau Marina, Halong Bay. If you want to have more time to admire the gem from above, a 10-15 min scenic flight will sure make you feel satisfied. Of course, around 100 USD more will be charged.
