Halong City’s Quang Ninh Museum is one of the country’s most sophisticated and well designed architecture in the last 10 years. Comprising of various zones/floors that each tells a story about what Halong Bay was before and how it’s been surviving in the last few hundred centuries. Going inside the museum, visitors will have the chance to learn more about the Vietnamese culture and the differences between the regions.

On the other side of the building lies the Quang Ninh Library that serves as the study and work area for a lot of locals from all ages. Divided in different zones like the museum, the Quang Ninh Library has specific areas for those who want to do hardcore studying, researching, surfing the net, and even just for reading the local newspapers.
