Chinese food in Halong Bay
If you ask a Vietnamese about Chinese food, most people will mention Peking Duck (Vịt Quay Bắc Kinh) first. You can be easy to buy Peking Duck in many crowd areas from Peking Duck stores, local markets, or supermarkets. You can also easily found a bowl of Wheat Wontons (Mỳ Vằn Thắn) or Dumpling (Sủi Cảo) on street. But they are just some common dishes with slightly different taste. Actually, there are some differences in cooking method or rate of spices between two countries’ cuisine style. Hence, if you are looking for a real Chinese taste, you should go straight to a Chinese food restaurant. There are two big ones in Halong City:

Chinese food during Tour/Cruise trip in Halong Bay
Chinese tourists come to Vietnam usually choose two different kinds of tour.
- The first one is sharing tour with people from different countries. Normally, this tour serves famous Vietnamese and International foods. You can have some Chinese foods like Dim sum during an International buffet meal. For other dishes, especially Vietnamese food, you may find something similar to what you have in China like noodle or soup.
