Long Tien Pagoda
Long Tien Pagoda was built at the end of the Nguyen Dynasty in 1941 and is considered one of the biggest of its kind in Halong City and Province.
Close to the Halong I Market and resting at the foot of Bai Tho Mountain, Long Tien Pagoda should be one of the first places you should see when visiting Halong City. As it was built by the Nguyen Dynasty in the early 1940s to worship Buddhism and Tran Dynasty’s Generals who have contributed to the country, millions of local tourists visit the place annually to pray for peace & happiness and to celebrate the Lunar New Years.
